The Marijuana Tool Kit is a campaign providing resources and information for parents regarding adult cannabis in Connecticut.  A series of six post cards will be mailed to parents in Lyme and Old Lyme over a six month period, along with social media posts, and newsletters.  Resources, data, and info can be found online on this page.
