Infant massage is a great way to communicate and comfort your baby. It has positive outcomes for your baby now and throughout life. Pressure, rate, rhythm, the length of the massage, respect, and bonding, why babies cry, baby’s body language, relaxation, and parent empowerment are some of the skills and topics we will cover. You will learn and practice massaging your own baby during this class. Your instructor is there to guide you and will not come into contact with your child. This group will be held in the LYSB Activity Center and the number or participants is very limited to ensure your safety.
